Sylva Hotel - Limassol

Had a decent short stay in a spacious room with a comfy bed. Breakfast surprised me with a delicious omelette! The location is handy for exploring the area, but the decor could use a refresh.

the rooms were cheap and bright, with balcony. had absolutely perfect location far away from the city centre. local fast food option palaontas was 5 minutes walk away.

I greatly enjoyed its deluxe room with balcony. The location in a shopping area was really very good and there were a shopping mall and a large supermarket nearby...

The facilities show their age, particularly the air conditioning-mine barely did its job. The balcony doors wouldn't close tightly, leading to disturbances from outside noise, and the overall cleanliness left much to be desired, with reports of dust and unmade beds. The Wi-Fi worked only near the reception, and dim lighting in common areas turned morning breakfasts into a challenge rather than a pleasure. Lastly, the swimming pool area seemed neglected, unfortunate for anyone hoping for some leisure time under the sun.

Car noise, second elevator, no shampoo in the bathroom.

The parking lot closes with a lock so that unauthorized people don't put their cars there. But in this secure parking lot, someone punctured the tire in my car.

The room offered a spacious layout, complete with a balcony that allowed for some fresh air and a bit of relaxation. Breakfast included a nice surprise of ham omelette and salad.

The facilities were dated, and I noticed thin walls, made it possible to hear everything going on in neighboring rooms. The air conditioning unit was inadequate and didn't cool the room properly, along with poorly adjusted balcony doors that didn't close tightly, causing both discomfort and noise. The overall cleanliness was lacking, particularly in the bathroom, adding to the overall hassle of the experience.

Nothing!! Just wanted to stay for one night in a cheap hotel! For another reasons never book at this hotel..ok it was cheap but cerently it should be free for everyone..

Couldnt find something to like about this hotel..so everything was unlike..

Good value

Somewhat dated and tired establishment. Bare asbestos screwed to bedroom door, presumably to make it fire resisitant. Hotel staff not able to give very effective directions to hotel as google maps wildly inaccurate. However, overall hotel represents good value and you get what you pay for.

The room was spacious, but the bathroom cleanliness could use improvement.

Not very comfortable and rather ramshackle. The sheets didn't even fit the bed - they were clearly meant for a single bed. Poor lighting in the room and the hotel in general was faded and run down.

I needed a place to sleep and have a shower.. It was clean and comfy .. The owners are very friendly .. The location is central...

I was almost ready to rave about the breakfast, but then, surprise! I found dirty socks under my bed. The toilet wasn't even fixed to the ground-how quaint! I surely deserved a complimentary gesture for such a stay, but nope, just plain indifference. It's like i didn't exist, disappointing!

Is the most horrible hotel from your listing! Very expensive for nothing! Worst hotel staff ever! Remove that hotel from your listings! If I book one more hotel like that from your site I will never book anything from your site. Thanks

the decoration is terrible. its seems like a cheap model for having sex. not appropriate for holidays! everything was broken.the table,the chairs...
